甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积制备微晶硅太阳电池的研究

采用甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术成功地制备了不同硅烷浓度和辉光功率条件下的微晶硅电池,电池的J-V测试结果表明:在实验的硅烷浓度和功率范围内,随硅烷浓度的降低和功率的加大,对应电池的开路电压逐渐变小;硅烷浓度的不同对电池的短路电流密度有很大的影响,但功率的影响在实验研究的范围内不是很显著,对于微晶硅电池,N层最好是非晶硅,这是因为一方面可以降低对电流的横向收集效应,另一方面也降低了电池的漏电概率,提高了电池的填充因子。

图像边缘增强的目的是为了突出图像所包含的信息。图像的许多有用信息集中在图像的边缘部分,从频谱上说就是图像的高频部分,因而可以用加重高频来增强图像,常规方法是直接对图像锐化,这会加剧噪声对图像的影响。本文先用高斯一拉普拉斯算子检测出图像的高频部分,然后用最大方差比方法确定图像边缘,再针对边缘对图像进行增强处理。实验表明,该方法可有效抑制边缘增强后的噪声问题。[著者文摘]
The purpose of image edge enhancement is to stand out the information in the image. A lot of useful information in the image locates at its edge, i.e. high frequency content in its frequency spectrum, so pre - emphasis system can be used to enhance the image. The influence of noise on the image will be aggravated if the image is sharpened directly by conventional method. In this paper, the high frequency component in the image is detected with Gauss-Laplacian operator firstly, and then the edge of the image is obtained using maximum ratio of square error. Finally the image is enhanced especially for its edge. The experimental results show that this method can restrain the noise effectively after the edge enhancement.[著者文摘]
高频超声结合增强型能量多普勒成像评价Ⅱ型糖尿病患者指尖微血管变化的应用研究

目的寻找Ⅱ型糖尿病患者并发末梢微血管病变的早期证据,为临床提供有效的观察方法和指标。方法应用高频超声结合增强型能量多普勒显像(e-Flow)观察30例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者右手中指末节指腹和甲床内微血管床的分布特征、走行和数量,并计算指腹动脉和甲床动脉的收缩期峰值速度(PSV)、舒张期峰值速度(EDV)以及血管阻力(RI)参数。观察结果与32例年龄、性别相匹配的健康成人对照。结果①正常人中指末节指腹的血管供应丰富,e-Flow清晰显示手指的两支掌侧固有动脉及发出的分支,呈网状分布于整个指腹。血管形态勾勒清晰,走行正常,可追踪全程;甲床内微血管呈纵行分布,末梢可见横行吻合支,血管网清晰,血供丰富。②糖尿病患者中指的末节指腹血管网显示欠丰富,仅可显示一或两支固有动脉分支或仅见零星点条状血流,血管走行迂曲断续,与正常人差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);甲床内微血管,尤其是远端血管显示不良,仅见零星点条状血流,与正常人差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);糖尿病合并症者的指端微血管异常较单纯糖尿病患者为甚。③与正常人比较,糖尿病患者的指腹动脉、甲床动脉PSV、EDV测值稍减低(P〈0.05~0.09),RI相应升高(P〈0.05)。结论E-Flow结合传统彩色多普勒血流成像技术可敏感、准确地反映糖尿病患者的指端微血管分布减少,血管阻力增高,为临床早期诊断糖尿病微血管病变和评价治疗效果提供了新手段。[著者文摘]
Objective To probe into the clinical value of enhanced power Doppler imoging(e-Flow) on the early detection of fingertip's vessel morphological and flow dynamic changes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2). Methods Thirty patients with DM2 and 32 age-matched healthy subjects were observed by twodimensional and pulsed wave e-Flow imaging. The right middle fingertip's blood supply, vessel configuration, distribution and the blood flow peak systolic velocity(PSV), end-diastolic velocity(EDV), vascular resistance index (RI) of finger ventral arteriole and nail bed arteriole were separately assessed. Results ①Blood supply inside the fingertip was very rich in most of normal subjects. The e-Flow could outline the branches of finger ventral arteriole arch and finger dorsal arteriole arch, made up of palmar digital arteries of finger reticulated the whole finger ventral. The lengthways arterioles in finger back inosculated at the cross of one third up middle and down middle of the nail bed each other. ②Blood supply inside the fingertip was little or scares in patients with DM2. The e-Flow could only display one or two branches. The vessel was circuitous intermittent( P 〈0.05). The vessels of nail bed,especially for the distal vessels, could not be outlined. There was significant differences between DM group and normal subjects ( P 〈0.05). The abnormal changes in fingertip and nail bed were slighter serious in DM2 patients with hypertension or (and) hyperlipemia.③Compared with those of normal subjects, the PSV and EDV in finger ventral arteriole and nail bed arteriole of DM2 were slightly decreased( P 〈0.05 - 0.09), RI still increased( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions E-Flow is reliable to represent the blood perfusion in the vessels. The fingertips blood vessel capacity declined and the RI increased in patients with DM2.[著者文摘]

研究了空心玻璃微珠增强聚四氟乙烯复合材料的拉伸强度的变化。研究表明:复合材料的拉伸强度与空心玻璃微珠含量、烧结工艺条件和偶联剂的种类有关;用复合偶联剂处理过的玻璃微珠填充树脂,改善了微珠与树脂的相容性及分散性,从而提高了材料的拉伸强度。并对材料的拉伸强度进行了理论预测。[著者文摘]
The changes of the tensile strength of the PTFE composites reinforced by glass microballoon were studied. The results showed the tensile strength of the composites was related to the content and sintering technics conditions of the glass microballoon, and the type of coupling agents. The glass microballoon treated by a compound coupling agent could improve the dispersibility and compatibility of the glass microballoon with PTFE, which improved the tensile strength of the composite. The tensile strength of the composite was predicted theoretically.[著者文摘]

图像增强技术一直是图像预处理的重要步骤。把几何分析的思想引入到图像增强中,基于高维空间几何分析理论基础,把图像映射为高维空间中的一个点,通过分析高维空间中向量的方向和点的位置关系来研究原图像与增强图像的空间关系,提出了一种基于高维空间几何分析理论的图像增强算法,并在Matlab环境下仿真实现了该算法。通过实验各阶段的仿真效果图的对比表明,该算法的效果良好并具有很高的效率.。[著者文摘]
The technology of image enhancement plays an important role in signal image pre - processing. This paper applies the theory of High - Dimensional space geometry for image enhancement. In this paper, the image is regarded as a point in the High - Dimensional space, through studying the vector and the position between the points in High - Dimensional space to study the relationship between the images. A new approach the theory of High - Dimensional space geometry for image enhancement is presented. Finally, the simulation based on MATLAB shows that the method is efficient and correct.[著者文摘]
